GUY JOHNSON JOINS CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY TEAM

Guy Johnson has joined the Construction Consultancy team in order to assist with the expanding workload and ongoing success in this department.

Guy has 10 years of Surveying experience behind him having formerly worked with CNP (London and Leeds), Lambert Smith Hampton (Manchester) and latterly at Peter Bolton Associates. After a sabbatical in late 2007 Guy has joined Simon Lloyd and brings a wealth of experience in commercial Building Surveying, working with Developers, Funds, and other institutional clients on Development and Acquisition Projects throughout the UK. Along with assisting with ongoing Project Management, Guy hopes to develop the Fund Monitoring and Acquisition elements within the department.
