The McCormick Tractor's site (78.6 acres) was acquired by Fox Lloyd Jones in 2006 on behalf of a major client as a considerable Sale and Leaseback transaction. Latterly, the adjacent Riverdale site (26.7 acres) was purchased providing a total land holding of 105.3 acres.

McCormick Tractors are to vacate the site in December 2008, providing extensive warehouse / industrial premises to let of varying sizes up to a maximum 600,000 sq ft.

The type and construction of buildings varies with eaves height ranging from 3m to 6m.

In addition, ancillary office space is positioned throughout the site with a substantial office building of 38,935 sq ft situated at the front, adjacent to the entrance. Various yards and car parking extend in total to 420,324 sq yards.
