Fox Lloyd Jones have been appointed to market a new development of two retail units situated on the High Street in Tow Law, County Durham.

Unit 2 extending to 3,908 sq ft has been successfully let to United Co-Operative on a 15 year lease.  Co-Op took occupation of the unit on the 12th July 2008 and are currently fitting out the convenience store which is due to open its doors to the public on 16th October 2008.
