PLANT & MACHINERY TEAM COMPLETE SALE OF BOTTLING PLANT

We are delighted to report that our Plant and Machinery team have successfully completed the disposal of a bottling plant and equipment in Newcastle.  Following the appointment of Administrators at Works With Water Limited.  We were appointed to provide valuation and disposal advice of the bottling plant and equipment at the company's 20,000 ft² facility.

The company ceased to operate and we were instructed to offer the assets for Sale by Tender on a piecemeal basis.  Our site based auction team prepared the site and plant for sale by cleaning the equipment and site.  A worldwide marketing exercise by email, post and trade publication adverts were undertaken.

A successful sale was completed to many buyers with the site cleared and property returned to the landlord.
