We take “ownership” of a project and manage risk to deliver the right outcome using our relationships with a strong regional and national supply chain of consultants across planning, highways and design disciplines and selecting through pre- qualification and competitive tender the appropriate contractor to deliver the project.
We understand the purpose, importance and structure of Agreements to Lease and often fulfil a Project Management “Plus” role to assist in the negotiation and agreement of these with the Clients Lawyers.
