We have also acted for Banks, Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners and as LPA Receivers to Project and Cost Manage the Completion of Residential Developments in both solvent and insolvent scenarios.
We provide Project and Cost Management Services from inception, through feasibility and masterplanning, planning and procurement and act as Employers Agent or Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor preparing and administering the terms of the Building Contract on behalf of the employer. With residential development, the “devil is in the detail” and we pride ourselves on this approach.
We take “ownership” of a project and manage risk to deliver the right outcome using our relationships with a strong regional and national supply chain of consultants across planning, highways and design disciplines and selecting through pre- qualification and competitive tender the appropriate contractor to deliver the project.
We are used to scoping development constraints, assisting in resolution of title issues, co-ordinating planning strategy and application and assisting in the negotiation of Section 106 Agreements and Road and Drainage Agreements. We have excellent relationships with the CML Approved Home
Guarantee Providers and understand the workings of these in both solvent and insolvent situations. We understand the purpose, importance and structure of Development and Purchase Agreements and often fulfil a Project Management “Plus” role to assist in the negotiation and agreement of these with the Clients Lawyers.
