Grade A offices in Headingley ready for occupation following redevelopment

Following a comprehensive redevelopment, 44 North Lane, Headingley, which previously housed Trio bar and restaurant, has reached practical completion and is ready for immediate occupation.

The new high specification Grade A offices provide contemporary workspace, with large open plan floor plates over four floors, and ultra-fast broadband. With its eco-friendly design, it includes dedicated electric car charge points in its car park and has bike storage, together with shower facilities, drying room and communal meeting room.

 44 North Lane is owned, and was converted by, property investment and development company, ATC Properties Ltd, which has now relocated its operations to the building, having taken 3,100 square feet of office space.

It has been joined by Professional Letting Agent and Property Management Company, YourNest, which has taken 500 square feet.

 Joint agents Fox Lloyd Jones and WSB are now marketing the remaining 3714 square foot on the ground floor, benefitting from its own front door, and lower ground floors.

Speaking about its relocation, managing director of ATC Properties Limited, David Barrass, said,
