The 143,633 sq. ft. expansion will provide space for nine new retail stores and 16 additional food and beverage units, cementing Fosse Park’s position as one of the UK’s leading retail and leisure destinations, with 11 million visitors a year.
Bowmer + Kirkland (B+K), the contractors that originally built Fosse Park almost 30 years ago, have been appointed by The Crown Estate to construct the new development, with work starting on site at the beginning of April. Fox Lloyd Jones are the Project Managers.
Speaking about the appointment, Simon Lloyd, director of Fox Lloyd Jones, said:
